    Pretty good place! Loads of things you can buy here. Parking is on the side, there is also a back entrance to parking lot. This is he only place where they had the big soap refills! The other places did not have! ://// Maybe they should share haha! Good job Walmart. They have social distancing and markers too.

    Ordered delivery the driver took a bunch of my stuff. Contacted customer service ( not the store the customer service for Canada) and they did nothing to help. At all. On for 2 hours and was crying at one point because so frustrated. Then when I concluded I would never get the groceries because they wouldn’t help, the store itself called to ask if it got solved when I said no and explained they did everything they could to help. I got my groceries and a gift card. The corporate office did nothing. Thank goodness the people that work at the store actually cared and helped me out. Walmart should be ashamed of their corporate people and so proud of the ones that work in the store!! Thank you queensboro location..

    This location is great to visit during the week mid day. Lots of parking. Quiet inside the store and generally full shelves and fresh chicken!

    Nicest staff of any other location I've visited. Shelves were a bit bare in some places, but that's not their fault. It was clean and pretty empty when I was there, ( Monday 10am) so was nice to shop not all congested with people. I can't remember my cashier's name, but she was super awesome, she was selling donuts and I happily bought some off of her. Because yum yum who doesn't love donuts?! And she's a lovely person.

    I am a very busy mom so to write a Google review feels like a lot of work. But I have to rave about this Walmart store. The online pick up staff are amazing! I haven’t visited this store too often before Covid-19, because it’s out of our way. Our first positive experience picking up our online order was what make us keeps coming back. Items are always in stock (except just one occasion but returns were very easy). I don’t have a specific staff in mind to review, they are all polite, efficient and smart! One time I asked a South Asian lady on the phone, she said that they always tried to fulfill the order by waiting for item restocking. If the item I ordered was out of stock on the shelf, they checked if this item is coming on the truck today before our scheduled pick up time. So we still get the item. Amazing! This is what you called outstanding service especially during this trying time, not to mention snow may fall soon in New West. Thanks Walmart, keep up the good work!!

    Lora at Customer service, store 5777 was awesome (11:00am July 21, 2023) she was running back & forth to help in the back & customer service area. I could hear a manager complaining that she went to washroom before coming to help & I think sent someone after her in washroom. Not impressed with manager. I had no problem waiting barely 5 minutes.

    One of my favourite places that I use the shop the most it’s convenient and has everything that you need. There’s a one stop shopping supercenter.
